		<description>Ah come on Owen, it&#039;s better to taste the delights of the host country, than do the futile search for the taste of home. IMHO the Hors d&#039;œuvres along with fine Belgium beer were delightful, although I have to admit  my appetite was briefly soured when I found I was eating calf brains.. I had the cure in hand though, another glass of fine Belgium beer : )


[Full Disclosure: I did make a stop at the Brussels grill for a Ribeye and loaded potato and more beer]</description>
